A compass for responsible business
The Code of Conduct of Alblas International Logistics forms the basis for how we work and conduct business. The document brings together our agreements, standards and values and provides direction for our daily actions. Integrity, diligence and respect are leading principles. The code of conduct is supported by internal guidelines, regulations and contractual agreements and fully complies with national and international laws and regulations.
Code of conduct in practice
Our code of conduct is a binding guideline for all our employees. This means that we do not engage in activities related to fraud, embezzlement, extortion, theft or any other intentional damage to the property of Alblas, our customers or third parties.
Non-discrimination and inclusion
Equal treatment and respect are central in our organisation. Discrimination based on skin colour, race, gender, religion, ethnicity or social background is actively avoided. When hiring new employees, we take measures to prevent discrimination, and managers follow training to strengthen inclusion and diversity within their teams.
